My Story
Prior to 2012, I had never heard of Scentsy. A friend was hosting a party, so I ordered to help her earn her rewards. When I received my order - I wanted it all! At the time, my husband and I were tinkering with our own hobby of making candles, although it was becoming time consuming and costly. So I read up on joining and I took the leap. I was working on my bachelors degree, taking night classes on top of working a full time day job, and being a wife and mom when I decided to join. I was still able to work my Scentsy business around school, work and my home life. Worst case scenario I was getting paid to buy stuff I wanted anyway!
In mid 2018, my husband passed away suddenly. My Scentsy family, customers, along with friends and family helped me find my "new normal" My business kept me distracted by being busy with something I enjoyed, and got me out of the house. I also had the extra income when I needed it more than ever.
I share the opportunity to surround myself with soothing scents and well made products. I work for and with a company that honestly brings me joy and has me in awe almost every day. Scentsy is simply more than just warmers and wax.
